What you leave can be sold through a moving or estate sale, run by our team. Afterward we clear the house completely and leave it broom clean.
The house while it is for sale
An empty house still needs attention. We handle landscaping, cleaning, routine maintenance, and vacant home checks, so you can manage the sale from far away without worrying about the property.
Selling the house itself
Selling the house too? Our affiliated brokerage, Watson Real Estate, can list it. Your choice.
Hawthorn Estate Co. and Watson Real Estate share common ownership through Trevor Watson. Using the affiliated brokerage is optional, and you are free to choose any real estate agent. No referral fees are paid on real estate transactions.
